Brahmeswara Temple is a Hindu temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva located in Bhubaneswar. It is constructed at the end of the 9th century CE. The temple is well crafted from inside and outside. It is known as one of the popular temples of Odisha for its finely crafted sculpture. 

At Brahmeswara temple there are four other temples snuggled in four corners around the temple. This was built with the traditional architectural process. The shape of the buildings are like pyramids and carved both inside and outside.

This temple shows empathy with the Mukteswar Temple, which includes the carved of the Jagamohana and some sculptures. There is some innovation done with a great number of musicians and dancers also. Iron beams are used for the first time in temple architecture. Due to the historical and religious importance, one can not miss a chance to visit this temple.

The best time to visit this temple is from the month of October till March. At this particular time, the climate is really good to enjoy this beautiful place. Beautiful patterns and drawings are sculptured on the sandstone walls, some tantric related images are also placed inside of this temple.
